The root cause of unforgiveness is bitterness and hatred towards the person who has offended us.
One of the hardest things in life is to let go of old hurts. We often say, or at least think: “What you did to me and my family, my ancestors, or my friends I cannot forget or forgive. … One day you will have to pay for it.” Sometimes our memories are decades, even centuries, old and keep asking for revenge.
Holding people’s faults against them often creates an impenetrable wall. But listen to Paul: “For anyone who is in Christ, there is a new creation: the old order is gone and a new being is there to see. It is all God’s work”. 2 Corinthians 5:17-18 Indeed, we cannot let go of old hurts, but God can. Paul says: “God was in Christ reconciling the world to Himself, not holding anyone’s fault against them”. 2 Corinthians 5:19. It is God’s work, but we are God’s ministers, because the God who reconciled the world to God entrusted to us “the message of reconciliation”.2 Corinthians 5:19 This message calls us to let go of old hurts in the Name of God.
When you are young, you feel invincible. Life stretches before you without limits. Then you grow up and you take on more responsibilities. You have to be more ready for eventualities that require things like insurance and savings.
You start to see life as increasingly fragile and you begin to hedge your bets. Before you would just “go for it”, but now your look for the safe ground.
Then events begin to unravel around you, like the September 11, 2001 terrorist attack. The world’s only super power had been brought to its knees by a handful of terrorists with box cutters.
THE POWER OF FEAR
President Roosevelt spoke about fear itself in 1933: nameless, unreasoning, unjustified terror that paralyzes us. He said,” the only thing we have to fear is fear itself.”
David captured the immobilization of that fear:
“I will watch my ways and keep my tongue from sin; I will put a muzzle on my mouth while in the presence of the wicked.” So I remained utterly silent, not even saying anything good. But my anguish increased.” Psalm 39:1-2
When we are threatened, fear clouds our judgment and can impede us from doing the right thing.
LIFE IS SHORT.
“Surely every man at his best is a mere breath.”Psalm 39:5And we “make an uproar over nothing” or “in vain we rush about” Psalm 39:6 So we must make sure that our lives count for something.
There is hope:” “But now, Lord, what do I look for? My hope is in You.”Psalm 39:7
We can regret our limitations that we endure and live accordingly, or we can live our lives to make a difference. We should not to be governed by the length of our days, but by the depth of our commitment.
Only God can overwhelm our sense of futility with His purpose. Only God can defeat our temporary existence with the hope of life that is everlasting (heaven).
LOOK FOR HIDDEN ROOTS.
It is a demonic and yes, you can be delivered of it. Look for hidden roots. Examples of roots are guilt, which is defined as a feeling of responsibility or remorse for some offense, failure, mistake, crime, or wrong, whether real or imagined. It is associated with negative feelings such as shame, remorse, anguish, torment, self-condemnation, self-unforgiveness, self-judgment.
Do you often wondered about your own problems:
An inordinate desire to please
Inability to say no to things I didn’t want to do
Always setting goals, working hard to accomplish them and then stopping short of success
Always feeling I had to do things better than anyone else
Trying to make everything around me and about me look better than I thought it was
The scourge of crystal meth, with its exploding labs and ruinous effect on teeth and skin, has been all but forgotten amid national concern over the opioid crisis. Meth has returned with a vengeance. In Oregon, meth-related deaths vastly outnumber those from heroin.
Mexican drug cartels stepped in and have inundated the market with so much pure, low-cost meth that dealers have more of it than they know what to do with. Under pressure from traffickers to unload large quantities, dealers are even offering meth to customers on credit.
Heroin is a depressant. It shuts you down and you’re not capable of doing a whole lot. In contrast, meth is a stimulant: addicts have lowered inhibitions and are awake 24/7, running around at night, so night burglaries abound. Eighty or 90 percent of heroin users are also using meth to temper the effects.
Like opioids, meth is highly addictive and difficult to quit.Meth has been overshadowed by opiates. Unfortunately, there are fewer tools to combat meth than to combat opioids: There is nothing like Naloxone, which can reverse opioid overdoses, or methadone, which can stem opioid cravings.
Meth or methamphetamine use is plausibly responsible for as many if not more drug-related crimes, episodes of violence, and trips to the emergency room than any other substance (discounting all of our daily opiate overdoses)
Meth first overloads and then eventually disables the dopamine system in the brain, which is not good. Meth exacerbates any pre-existing psychosis or induces psychosis altogether. Frequent users often report they hear voices, see “shadow figures,” experience severe paranoia, and endorse full-blown psychotic delusions. When you couple these sorts of psychotic symptoms with frequently hyper-aggressive and/or hyper-sexual behavior while intoxicated, you have a real public health problem. Addicts become semi-aware fragments of themselves, arousing and satisfying their darker impulses.
Meth kills by overloading blood vessels, eventually resulting in aneurysms, heart failure and strokes. As a result, long time older users are likeliest to die—in San Francisco, the average age of those who die of a meth overdose is 49.
The White House Council of Economic Advisers estimates the total social cost of the opioid crisis to the country in 2015 was as high as $504 billion, or 2.8% of GDP.Continue reading THE METH SCOURGE→
Ask the Holy Spirit to bring to mind anyone whom you need to forgive. Respond to His prompting and specifically name each person. Remember, the ones that you find hardest to forgive are the ones you most need to forgive. You can use these words:
I forgive all who have harmed me or wronged me in the past. In particular, I forgive (name those who you need to forgive). It is done in heaven.
Forgiveness is a decision. It is not an emotion. Yet, psychologically, you may still find it difficult to forgive someone who really harmed you. This is when you take it upon yourself to pray a short prayer for that person including the above prayer every day for ten days. It will also be done in your mind.
Why is the important? God offers to forgive your ten million dollar debt to Him if you forgive a ten thousand dollar debt for someone is owed you. If you persist in holding on to this debt, God will hold onto yours. It becomes merely enlightened self-interest.
And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins.” Mark 11:25

Bullying can enter a kid’s life at anytime and send them spiraling down towards hopelessness and despair. The young victims are rarely aware of the options available to them, which is why they continue to suffer in silence. You need to help your child realize that they’re not weak and help them discover ways to bring their torment to an end.
A SUFFOCATING EXPERIENCE
Bullying can often leave the victim feeling utterly distraught, making them feel like the walls are closing in on them and that there’s no easy escape from the nightmare. People they turn to for help can let them down, thus reinforcing their sense of isolation. Depression despair and desperation can drive them to the edge, tempting them to end their misery at the expense of their health, dreams and even life.
The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) identify these possible warning signs for bullying:
Child comes home with torn, damaged or missing clothes, books, or belongings
Unexplained cuts, bruises, scratches
Has few friends, if any
Seems afraid to go to school or take part in after-school activities
Takes a long “illogical” route when walking to and from school
Has lost interest in school work or suddenly begins to do poorly
Appears sad, moody, teary, or depressed when he/she comes home
Has trouble sleeping and/or frequent bad dreams
Experiences a loss of appetite
Appears anxious and suffers from low self-esteem
Recurrent complaints of physical symptoms such as stomach-aches or headaches with no apparent cause
Sudden change in language (calling themselves a “loser” or a best friend a “jerk”)
Do you count yourself in with 100 million Americans who are sleep deprived? The root causes are overcrowded schedules, the desire to accomplish one more thing before retiring and too much stimulation from watching television in bed.
You say that you have arough time falling asleep.Try an Epsom salt bath, which allows the magnesium to be absorbed into your skin and they will put you into a total relaxation mode.
Sleep and relaxation are basic necessities in life. We need sleep: our body needs time for the liver to start its cleansing process and time to allow the proper production of hormones. When we don’t sleep enough, our appetites become unregulated.
The Great Physician has a prescription, “Then God blessed the seventh day and sanctified it, because in it He rested from all His work which God had created and made.” Genesis 2:3
Individuals who were extremely obese had higher odds of reporting insomnia than those of normal weight. The prevalence of insomnia among seniors was largely attributable to poorer health, not age.
One elderly lady had always problems with sleeping. She had been heavily involved in yoga when she was younger. There are some dangers with this practice if one delves into too deeply. We call this an ungodly superstitious belief. A crack in a person’s spirit is opened to allow an influence from demonic attack. Deliverance is needed! “…Oppressors seek after my soul: they have not set God before them.”Psalm 54:3
Life stress also kept Canadians up at night, the study says. Nearly one-quarter (23 per cent) of people who described most of their days as being either “quite a bit” or “extremely” stressful reported insomnia.
In the mist of all David’s troubles he still honored and praised God as his protector, his shield, and strength: “But You, O LORD, are a shield about me, My glory, and the One who lifts my head.”Psalm 3: 3

Two of America’s most active exorcists say there is now a growing demand for their services as more unchurched Americans have been turning to them for help with demonic oppression, possession and other dark spiritual activity.
Father Gary Thomas, from The Rite: The Making of a Modern Exorcist, and Father Vincent Lampert, in the series “Paranormal Witness” commented that the increase in exorcism was caused by:
an expanding spiritual void in the lives of Americans
the diminishing authority of the Church
the failure of the mental healthcare system
They say an overwhelming number of requests that they get from people seeking help are regularly diagnosed as actual manifestations of demonic attachment, infestation, vexation or full possession. Many of the requests for help are not coming from practicing Christians but the unchurched segment of the population. Many of those who seek help are desperate people who have had no success with psychology and psychiatry.
We’re gaining all sorts of knowledge but there’s still that emptiness within us that is being filled with addictive behavior such as drugs and pornography. There’s a line in the Old Testament that says when one grows in knowledge one also grows in despair. “For with much wisdom comes much sorrow; the more knowledge, the more grief.” Ecclesiastes 1: 18
The struggle against evil in society is becoming more of an emergency, and there is a direct cause: horror films, books, and television series which create temptation. Reading “occult books,” watching “occult movies,” can expose people to demonic possession. The most common occult activity is using an Ouija board to summon the dead.
The demand for exorcists in the U.S. appears to be following a global trend some say has been inspired by the leadership of Pope Francis in acknowledging the presence of the devil. Pope Francis has warned in past speeches that Satanism is on the rise in the world, and has praised exorcists for combating “the devil’s works.”
More people are finding out about exorcism because of radio programs like “Light in the Darkness.” in the Philippines. Television programs depict exorcism such as Fox’s “The Exorcist”.
The few people, who are possessed, may lose consciousness and they may even speak strange languages. Very well-mannered people may begin to vomit and blaspheme. Some may have inordinate strength.
Most people are not possessed in this way, but they can be influenced by the devil in subtle ways. They feel really bad. There are sign posts:
In ancient Greece, it was called, “divine madness”. During the U.S. Civil War it was called, “soldier’s heart”. During World War I it was called, “shell shock”. During World War II it was called “combat fatigue” and during the Viet Nam War it was called, “PTSD (Post Traumatic Syndrome Disorder). We are simply calling It TRAUMA,which is an evil influence that needs to be delivered away from the patient.
Governments are spending millions of dollars to try to deal with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder(PTSD) on its returning soldiers. Psychologists are at a loss and end up relying on medication, but the problem doesn’t go away.
Postpartum depression (PND) develops after a mother gives birth. PTSD and PND Can Happen to All Who Experience Trauma or Witness Trauma.
God Heals PTSD and PND through His Deliverance. This includes Dysthymia, a mild chronic depression.
Some More Serious Symptoms of Demonic Attack related to Fear:
Seizures of panic or other fear that is terrifying.
Terrifying doubt of one’s salvation even though they once knew the joy of salvation.
Dreams or nightmares that are of a horrific nature and often …recurring.
Bizarre terrifying thoughts that seem to come from nowhere and you cannot control them.
In Alcoholic Anonymous they have asaying for insanity: trying to do the same thing over and over again and expect a different result. We are often guilty of insane behavior.
First we must identify what our real needs are. For example, caring for children can mask the need to care for ourselves. We can get stuck trying to meet false needs.
There are four essential needs
Affirmation: we need to be acknowledged and appreciated.
We need to express love: to hug and share.
We need to share our emotions and our experiences: what we think and what we feel.
We need to grow; we need space and opportunity to grow.
JESUS WISHES TO SPEAK TO YOU
I have Defeated the Devil.
“I love you.
Come and join Me in the desert. I am here in a large cave where I spend My days with the Father in prayer. I am getting ready to begin My public life to bring the Good News to the people. Here in the desert I was tempted by the devil three times.
Overdoses involving prescription painkillers are at epidemic levels and now kill more Americans than heroin and cocaine combined.
The number of people killed by drug poisoning, driven by large increases of painkiller abuse, surpassed motor vehicle fatalities for the first time.
Oxycontin, formally known as Percodan, allows the time released capsules to be absorbed all at once!
ADDICTION AND DELIVERANCE
One can be laden with all sorts of addiction. These include: alcohol, cigarettes, masturbation just to add a few. This addiction must be dealt with on a spiritual level. Casting out demons is the only way to get rid of these demons that drive the person to do these things in the first place. The demons will hook themselves to a person’s flesh and mind. Deliverance WILL be needed.Continue reading OXYCODONE KILLS→
