HEAVEN IS FOR REAL

WHERE WILL YOU READ ABOUT A VISION OF HEAVEN, HELL AND PURGATORY?

heaven

Here are three accounts of visions of heaven, hell and purgatory. Try to be open to these stories.  Try not to be so skeptical this time. It is very revealing and it will be to your benefit.

Heaven is for Real

A young boy emerges from life-saving surgery with remarkable stories of his visit to heaven.

Heaven Is for Real is the true story of the four-year old son of a small town Nebraska pastor who during emergency surgery slips from consciousness and enters heaven. He survives and begins talking about being able to look down and see the doctor operating and his dad praying in the waiting room. The family didn’t know what to believe but soon the evidence was clear.

Heaven is for Real Souls in Purgatory

Colton said he met his miscarried sister, whom no one had told him about, and his great grandfather who died 30 years before Colton was born, then shared impossible-to-know details about each. He describes the horse that only Jesus could ride, about how “reaaally big” God and his chair are, and how the Holy Spirit “shoots down power” from heaven to help us, and how Colton was able to pray for his father on earth . IS THERE A PURGATORY?

Purgatory, far from being a “Catholic invention” as most Protestants assume, was believed from the very beginning by Christians.

“According to the grace of God given to me, like a skilled master builder I laid a foundation, and another man is building upon it. Let each man take care how he builds upon it. For no other foundation can any one lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ. Now if any one builds on the foundation with gold, silver, precious stones, wood, hay, straw — each man’s work will become manifest; for the Day will disclose it, because it will be revealed with fire, and the fire will test what sort of work each one has done. If the work which any man has built on the foundation survives, he will receive a reward. If any man’s work is burned up, he will suffer loss, though he himself will be saved, but only as through fire”.                                                                                                                                                        1 Corinthians 3:10-15

This purification purges away all the dross that clings to the soul, things that St. Paul describes metaphorically as flammable materials such as “wood, hay, and straw.” These things are burned away in this judgment by God. Conversely, that man’s good works — which St. Paul compares with “gold, silver, and precious stones” — are refined and retained.

Since there are only two ultimate destinies possible for all human beings, heaven or hell, the issue of purgatory must be understood as simply a part of the process for some souls who are destined for heaven.

In Matthew 12:32, the Lord mentions a sin that cannot be forgiven even “in the world to come,” implying that there are some sins that will be forgiven after death.

Similarly, in the teaching about the Unforgiving Servant, Christ concludes with the fact that the wicked servant, even after his debt was canceled by the king, was thrown into prison for maltreating his fellow servant and told, “You wicked servant! I forgave you all that debt because you besought me; and should not you have had mercy on your fellow servant, as I had mercy on you?’ And in anger his lord delivered him to the jailers, till he should pay all his debt”.                                                                                                Matthew 18:32-34

Echoing this theme, St. Peter speaks about the souls who are “in prison,” awaiting their entrance into heaven  1 Peter 3:18-19, 4:6.

IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST

THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST

NAME JESUS CHRIST

Ministry is acting in the Name of Jesus. When all our actions are in the Name, they will bear fruit for eternal life.

To act in the Name of Jesus, however, doesn’t mean to act as a representative of Jesus or his spokesperson. It means to act in an intimate communion with him.

The Name is like a house, a tent, a dwelling. To act in the Name of Jesus, therefore, means to act from the place where we are united with Jesus in love.

To the question “Where are you?” we should be able to answer, “I am in the Name.” Then, whatever we do cannot be other than ministry because it will always be Jesus himself who acts in and through us.

The final question for all who minister is “Are you acting in the Name of Jesus?”” When we can say yes to that, our lives will become ministry.

CAN ONE HAVE JESUS WITHOUT THE CHURCH?

It was only when Israel refused to believe in Christ that the early community began the process of defining its identity as the new Israel, separate from the old.

“You are Peter and on this rock I will build my ChurchMatthew 16: 18 is used to indicate that Jesus established the Church at a definite point in time. But note that Jesus says, “I will build” — in other words, the Church will be firmly founded on Peter. Jesus had an idea of the founding of the Church as a process.

The Church is also a creation of the Spirit, who lives in the Church and guides it to the fullness of truth and unites its members in a unity of fellowship and service, bestowing on it various gifts that enable it to carry out its mission.

The Risen Christ inaugurated the Church by pouring out on his disciples the Spirit promised by the Father and endowing the Church with the same mission he had: to proclaim and establish the Kingdom of God.

DELIVERANCE

deliverance evil spirits

Evil spiritual forces are at the root of many of the temptations, failures, and difficulties we encounter in our lives. Yet God has equipped us with weapons to overcome the work of evil spirits. This involves casting out evil spirits influencing or dwelling in people in the Name of Jesus Christ. God has equipped us with weapons : the most potent of these weapons: the NAME OF JESUS CHRIST.

The authoritative Christian teaching about spiritual warfare is outlined in the following website:

All deliverance is done in the Name of Jesus Christ: “at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth”                                                                                                       Philippians 2:10 Continue reading IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST

CATHOLICISM

Catholicism is the largest faith community in the world: more than a billion members. We have built a culture based on appearance: everything looks good, but scratch the surface, and you will discover little substance. If you ask 100 Catholics what the church’s mission is, you would get 100 different answers. Catholics must know their mission.

We are failing to do as Christ did — namely, to reach out and meet people where they are in their need, in their brokenness. We are failing to engage them. We are failing to show them how Jesus can ease their pain and make them whole again.

Gandhi once said after reading parts of the Bible on becoming a Christian, “If I had ever met one, I would have become one.”

CATHOLICISMLife can be wonderful, but brief.

We often confuse pleasure with happiness.  So we spend a large portion of our lives chasing shadows. We have given ourselves over to a thousand different whims, cravings and fantasies. This has nothing to do with real joy in our life.

Today’s generation questions everything:  we have grown skeptical, and even cynical in our search for truth. We are overloaded with information and overwhelmed and tired — we merely want to survive.

“Most people lead lives of quiet desperation”, observed Henry David Thoreau.  In fact, the treatment for depression is ten times greater today than it was even 15 years ago. The suicide rates among teenagers and young adults have reached epidemic levels.

We become what we celebrate. What are we celebrating? What are we here for? What is the meaning and purpose of life? Have we been distracted?  Actually, the loss of our essential purpose is the cause of the great modern madness. The great misery is to be purposeless. People have simply become disoriented.

Joy is usually measured in moments                                                                   while unhappiness seems to go on forever.

How do I find joy in my life? A better question is:  How do I find joy in my life  which is usually by bringing joy to other people?

DYNAMIC CATHOLIC

The human heart is on a quest for happiness — as the desert yearns for rain. God wants us to be happy.  The philosophy of Christ is the ultimate philosophy of human happiness. It isn’t just a way of life: it is the way of life. “I have come that your may have life and have it to the fullest.” John 10:10

So, we must ask the question: what work do You wish for me to do with my life? What is Your will for my life?  So if you want to be happy for a lifetime and beyond, seek the will of God for your life.

Jesus is the single greatest agent of change in human history.  He has captured the imagination of every generation.  He gives us a vision: “Where there is no vision, the people will perish.” Proverbs 29:18

St. Augustine’s famous saying, “Our hearts are restless until they rest in you, Lord.”  In God will man find the truth and happiness, which he never stops yearning for.  This is the mission of the Church: to be God’s direct and intimate response to our heart’s unceasing desire for happiness: to proclaim the Gospel to the people of every nation in every age; to share the life-giving gift of the Gospel.  “And He said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”                                                                                   Mark 16:15

We are created to be loved and to love, and there is a restlessness, a longing for more, a profound discontent with our lives and with our culture. Our generation wants to witness someone , anyone –just one will do — living an authentic life: “don’t tell me — show me!”

Holiness is surrendering to the Will of God; it is letting our decisions be guided by the Holy Spirit. So, God calls each of us to live holy lives. We are perfected by the grace of God, which is the power of God alive within us.  It is a gift from God when we cooperate with His plan for our lives.

Holiness and prayer are a matched couple, yet many people fail to establish a daily habit of prayer. God is our Friend and friends like to know what is going on in each other’s lives. Those who pray daily know that if you neglect prayer for one day, you become less focused. Why? Because prayer allows you to hear the voice of God in our lives and to walk where He wants you to walk. In the silence, God speaks and we are able to hear His quiet voice; He bestows His wisdom on us.  All this happens during 10 to 20 minutes of the day.

The rich are called to live holy lives by using their wealth  in productive ways that foster their own growth and the growth of others. The same is true of the talented people who are expected to share the benefit of their talents. It is all about being of value to others. Those who are holy enjoy a richer, more abundant experience of life, more than you can imagine. There is nothing more attractive than holiness — more inspiring and more intriguing.

Christ said to Peter, “Put out into the deep water and lower your nets for a catch” Luke 5:4  The world, on the other hand, is constantly calling us to fish in the shallow water.

Love is the core of Jesus’ philosophy. For to love is to give your self freely. Yet to give yourself to another or to God, you must first possess your self.  We must become the best-version-of-ourselves, with the loving nature of God.

VISIONS OF HELL

 HELL  REVEALED

Vassula hears, interiorly

She hears a voice first, then, when she has to write down what she has heard, her writing changes. This describes her visit:

heaven true life in God

I entered the tunnel and was engulfed within a violently spinning vortex heading toward a yellowish dint of light. I stood up and looked around. I saw a house on a hill, smelled horrible odors, and heard strange sounds. People came from the house and neared me with joyous shouts of welcome. Where was I? Heaven? Hell? At first, I thought I was in a paradise but the sounds and smells were all wrong.

hell purgatory

Something was not right about these people either. For some reason they began appearing translucent. With this, I began to see them for what they really were – strange foul creatures emitting the illusions of people. Upon seeing this, two words erupted from my mouth like the staccato of a machine gun: Jesus Christ. I said these two words non-stop till I left this place. I was in a state of stark terror as the reality of where I was hit home.

One creature began to speak to me in a heavy unknown accent and told me to follow it:  I followed the rank creature and immediately emerged on the other side of the horizon. A wide, dirty, flat, barren expanse of land gently sloped downward, betraying an endless circular spiral of misery. On the left side of the coiled grade were rows and rows of cubes with more cubes columned high, forming a wall of ten-by-ten foot partitions mirroring the events displayed inside.

Each cube was stacked six high, marring each ascending and descending spiraling level’s wall like a dirty mirror. The wide expanse was a road. Strange entities were traveling on it. This wide dusty road ended at a circular void, highlighting the center of this hellish domain.

HELL REALITY

The cubes appeared encompassed by thin smoke-tinted, gelatin-like walls. Each cube appeared to be about ten feet by ten feet square. You could see into these but not out of them. Within every chamber resided an individual person, trapped, unable to escape as I had.

Looking through the torn wall of the cube I had just stepped out of, the house and tree within were hauntingly calling my name to return. Perplexed, I stepped back for another glance at this cubicle. I was surprised that it was so small. Inside it had seemed so large!

Turning, I saw the lizard-like entity a few feet from me, reaching its ugly, greenish-yellow arms as if to drag me away to a desperate fate. Boxer style, I blocked the attempt. This fiend stepped back, grinning ear to ear.

What I saw is best described in the Holy Bible in Ezekiel describes hell or purgatory as a circular burial pit where the dead are buried within the walls of a pit in accordance to his or her deeds. Each individual is placed in a chamber described symbolically as a bed chamber where the resident restlessly rest experiencing recompense for his or her deeds performed on earth.

“Elam is there and all her hordes around her grave; all of them slain, fallen by the sword, who went down uncircumcised to the lower parts of the earth, who instilled their terror in the land of the living and bore their disgrace with those who went down to the pit.  They have made a bed for her among the slain with all her hordes. Her graves are around it.”                                                    Ezekiel 32: 24,25

Inside each cube, I spied individual people in various stages of boredom, anguishes, and hideous various torments. Ghoulish entities were inside these cubes giving the illusions of people, places, and things to each trapped soul enacting the scenes from each person’s life. I also traveled between these cubes to more cubes that lay behind as the journey continued.

The creature before me began speaking to me again with such foul language and curses that I cannot record what it really said for you. I began understanding its speech and could sort out the general theme it was speaking from its cursing. It then began showing me around this domain.

Out from the cubicle wall’s was a large dusty plain or road. Both ugly and beautiful beings roamed in lose packs on this plain. During the duration of my stay, many of these entities attempted to engage me in conversation. I was too terrified to respond but only spoke out the words, “Jesus Christ” non-stop.

I was taken on a hellish tour of this place by the ghastly creature in front of me. We descended to the lower levels of the spiral road as well as observed what was happening inside the cubes to each lost soul we passed. This hellish journey seemed to last forever. I wanted to wake up so bad, but could not.

Each trapped soul reaped in full measure whatever they had sown during their lives. Many entered this pit and into the cubes by means of spinning vortexes. I also noticed another entrance. All those people trapped resided totally alone and were not aware of each other. The only thing each was aware of, were the creatures residing with them and the scenes enacted within their own personal square nightmarish abode. It was truly a place of doom, despair, and unending nightmares.

I would say that each person trapped there felt a peculiar separation from God in the form of feeling banished forever from the loving nature of God and true life. Each knew fully that they deserved his or her fate because each chose to walk away from God and now resided in place without God as they desired during his or hers life lived on earth. God, in his great justice, fairness, and unfathomable love gave them what they desired: a place without God and where each was receiving the fruits of his or her own doings.

I felt greatest fear when the beastly guide tried to entrap me inside a unique cubicle. It is here, I was rescued while screaming out the words, Jesus Christ. I felt someone coming for me and arrive behind me and then lift me up.

I wept as the Redeemer carried me back to the cube I arrived in and then through the vortex back to the rock. He set my feet upon that Huge Rock where I was granted a glimpse of Heaven and was told that none can enter Heaven unless they come through the gate which was the robe clad Personage standing before me.

I was told it was time to leave and return. I floated back the way I had come. I was soon in my room above my body looking at the scene below. I glided back into my body and awoke with a start. I could not regain my breath until someone began hitting me on my back. I was rushed to a Hospital for further treatment and recovery. The duration of my near-death experience (NDE), was about four hours.

My experience has left me a deep appreciation for the work of Jesus Christ and His salvation. I became a Born Again Christian because of it. I have renewed understanding of God’s profound love, justice, righteousness, grace, and mercy. I learned that Jesus came to save that which is lost.

HELL IS A SECOND DEATH.
